NOL Card Balance Check

You can check your NOL Card balance using the following methods:

NOL Card Balance Check:

Step 1: Visit the RTA's official website and click Homepage(https://www.rta.ae/)

Step 2: Select  Check NOL balance(Check nol balance) https://www.rta.ae/wps/portal/rta/ae/home/ 

Step 3: Key in the 10 digit nol tag ID from your card's back.

Step 4: Click Search .

Step 5: View your current balance, any pending credit, and card expiry.

RTA Dubai App:

Step 1: Download the RTA Dubai app (available on iOS & Android).

Step 2: Navigate to the NOL services section.

Step 3: Enter your card number to check your balance

Metro & Bus Stations:

• Use the NOL card reader available at metro stations, bus stations, and some retail outlets.
• Simply tap your NOL card on the machine to view your balance.

Ticket Vending Machines:

• Located in metro stations and bus stops.
• Insert or tap your NOL card on the machine to check the balance.

Via SMS (For Registered Cards Only):

• Send BAL (space) NOL Card Number to 511.
• You will receive an SMS with your card balance
